Real Tekkers Academy does not provide refunds after a player has registered. However we will provide a 100% refund in case of of illness or injury prior to the program session start date that includes a physician’s written verification. Upon confirmation, we will issue a 100% refund less a non-refundable $25 registration fee

By registering a minor child for participation in this soccer program, league, clinic, camp, or tournament, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that soccer is a physical sport involving inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions with other players, referees, or equipment, being struck by the ball, weather-related conditions, and other risks that may result in serious injury, concussion, permanent disability, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks on behalf of my child.

2. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless the league/organization, its directors, officers, coaches, referees, volunteers, sponsors, facility owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my child’s participation, including those arising from ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Medical Authorization

I certify that my child is physically able to participate and has no medical condition that would prevent safe involvement. I authorize league representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

4. Concussion Acknowledgment

I understand that concussions are a risk in youth sports. I agree to remove my child from participation if a concussion is suspected and to obtain medical clearance before returning to play, in accordance with league policies and applicable state laws.

5. Code of Conduct

I agree that my child will follow all league rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from coaches and officials. I understand that violations may result in suspension or removal without refund.

6. Parent/Guardian Consent

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the registered minor and have legal authority to consent to participation under these terms.

By registering a minor child for participation in this soccer program, league, clinic, camp, or tournament, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I grant permission to the league/organization and its representatives to photograph, videotape, and/or record my child during practices, games, tournaments, and related events.

I authorize the use of my child’s image, likeness, name, voice, and team information in photographs, videos, livestreams, social media posts, promotional materials, websites, printed materials, and other media for promotional, educational, or informational purposes.

I understand that:

No compensation will be provided for such use.

Images and recordings may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed.

Once published online (including social media), images may be shared or redistributed by third parties beyond the control of the organization.

I release and hold harmless the league/organization, its directors, officers, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims arising from the use of such media, including claims related to privacy or publicity rights.

If I do not wish for my child to be photographed or recorded, I understand it is my responsibility to notify the organization in writing prior to participation.
